I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and functional, but small for a party of four. The lack of air circulation made it uncomfortably hot during my stay. On the bright side, the service was nice and helpful, especially in organizing transport. The location was excellent, close to the metro and vibrant street life. Dining was fantastic, though a bit pricey. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Times Square with easy access to the subway, walking distance to the theater district, and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, beautifully furnished, and spacious, offering a comfortable bed, but the proximity to the noisy mechanical room for the elevator was a downside. The service varied from extremely rude to always friendly and helpful, with a mix of experiences noted. Dining options were overpriced for the buffet offered, and the lack of variety in main dishes was a letdown. Despite some shortcomings, the quiet and comfortable setting was appreciated.
